This error appears when the ph in the water is out of range, either high or low. Test the water manually with test strips to get an accurate ph reading or check the Spa Boy app. Adjust the ph as necessary using either "adjust up" or "adjust down" until the ph is in the safe range of 7.2-7.6. Retest and repeat if necessary.
