This error appears when the pH of the water is too low. On spas with software 1.0.64 or newer it shows as ER 15 – pH Low.
This is unusual, so first double check the water manually with regular test strips or check the Spa Boy app. If it is still showing low, use Adjust Up to bring the pH back up until it is in the safe range of 7.2-7.6. Retest and repeat if necessary.
